Job Description

The Business Development Officer will drive company growth by conducting market research, generating leads, and developing strategic plans. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing project execution, and coordinating marketing efforts for property listings. The role also involves preparing performance reports, representing the company at industry events, and conducting field visits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, potential clients, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Identify, generate, and manage new business leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct engaging presentations, negotiate, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and negotiate terms to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build connections.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and services, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Leverage SEO and SEM techniques to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic to the company’s website and social media.
  • Manage the company's online presence through regular updates to the website and social media channels.
