• Build and maintain strong relationships with life insurance companies.
• Provide training and ongoing support to agents to enhance their understanding of life insurance products and develop tools and resources to support agents in selling life insurance effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement in life insurance products.
• Identify opportunities for digitization and innovation within the life insurance domain.
• Identify new prospects and execute marketing plans to expand the life insurance portfolio.
• Drive partnership opportunities with corporate entities and government bodies to grow life insurance offerings.

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Understanding risk management principles within the insurance and payment industries
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques specific to insurance policy sales
• Awareness of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing insurance policies.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• 3- 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
