  • Should have completed Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Manpower Agency
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of computer skills especially Office Package and Photoshop

Job Description

  • Answer e-mail or phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
  • Ensure all technical documents are collected and registered in system
  • Use smart solve document management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control
  • Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
  • Print and distribute documents as necessary
  • Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing etc
  • Responsible for conducting job interviews in the head office and branch office
  • Documentation
  • Arrangement for interview campaign
