Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Management or IT (Preferable Master’s Degree with specialization in Sales & Marketing)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Past sales experience of Optical Fiber Products and/or work experience in Internet Service Providers and/or Cable TV Operators will be an added advantage
  • Excellent proposal writing, Documentation and presentation skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power-Point
  • Integrity, dependability, loyalty, taking ownership and ability to collaborate with a team
  • Willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley
  • Having two-wheeler/license will have advantage

Job Description

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients’ information
  • Make cold calls and visits to potential clients, understand the client’s requirement, and demonstrate the company’s product features
  • Plan and organize business development strategy and strive for achieving sales target assigned to him/her
  • Preparing business proposals and quotations
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
