Basic Salary: Nrs. 30,000k + performance incentives + bonus 
Experience: 2 years 

The applicant will be provided INCENTIVE based remuneration on sales on top of the basic salary

• The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services, in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate continuous growth.
  
• Facilitate clients/lead communication to increase client base for services provided by the company.
  
• Organize and oversee Advertising/Communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  
• Make Cold calls to prospective customers for new customer leads.
  
• Analyze marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement.
  
• Develop Partnerships with Advertisement Agencies, software for SMS and Digital Marketing.
  
• Produce proposals, client agreements, quotations to customers.
  
• Collaborate with managers and external creative agencies to design marketing materials, printed documents and brochures, website content, social media and product proposals.
  
• Represent the company in various events, socializing events and other activities and facilitate in promotion and branding of the company, its products/ services
  
• Supervise and manage marketing assistants and marketing executives team on target based time critical business goals.
