Job Description

  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and identify areas for potential clients onboarding
  • Achieve sales target as well as support the sales team to achieve and exceed their target 
  • Conduct continuous training for the sales team in persuasion, negotiation, client relations and closing deals 
  • Regularly monitor the sales activities and client relation pattern. Take reasonable steps for improvements 
  • Plan and lead product & pricing development as well as it's testing and execution
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and their activities to align with the sales team's actions and performance
  • Develop capabilities of sales team through motivation, counselling and providing product knowledge education
  • Researching organizations to find new opportunities and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and close the deal 
  • Perform Industry analysis, relate with client's needs & requirements to find new markets for sales 
  • Developing KRA/KPI for the team & goals for business growth and ensure to meet them 
  • Develop quotes, proposals and agreements for the clients 
  • Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary for the role
