  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of related sales or corporate account servicing experience from container / shipping industry;
  • Experience in indoor Customer Service or Import / Export Documentation experiences from shipping/container industry may be considered;
  • An independent worker who is self-driven;
  • Customer oriented with the ability to interact positively and professionally
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills with the passion to deal with people.
  • High level of Integrity and Ethics;
  • Organized and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details;

        Job Description

        • Identify new business opportunities and through developing existing and new business accounts.  
        • Manage customers to develop and enhance current relationship with existing and new corporate clients, including attending to day-to-day enquiries;
        • Consistent communication with branch offices on the prospect and respective Job Status
        • Execute VIP procedures to client’s satisfaction;
        • Monitor the performance of Corporate Accounts and follow up and update the respective parties if volume falls below their forecasted volume;
        • Coordinate and communicate customers request and/or requirements to related department
