Minimum 5 to 6 years of related sales or corporate account servicing experience from container / shipping industry;
Experience in indoor Customer Service or Import / Export Documentation experiences from shipping/container industry may be considered;
An independent worker who is self-driven;
Customer oriented with the ability to interact positively and professionally
Good English verbal and written communication skills with the passion to deal with people.
High level of Integrity and Ethics;
Organized and possess strong analytical skills with an eye for details;
Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines and multi-task;
Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes;
Self-initiative individual who can work well in a team.

Identify new business opportunities and through developing existing and new business accounts.
Manage customers to develop and enhance current relationship with existing and new corporate clients, including attending to day-to-day enquiries;
Consistent communication with branch offices on the prospect and respective Job Status
Execute VIP procedures to client’s satisfaction;
Monitor the performance of Corporate Accounts and follow up and update the respective parties if volume falls below their forecasted volume;
Coordinate and communicate customers request and/or requirements to related department
