Job Description

  • Responsible for heading up business expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
  • Manage the client engagement cycle from prospecting, to proposal through to closing and contract signature, including the negotiation of complex contractual terms and conditions with new clients
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Develop customer presentations and participate in customer meetings
  • Consistently achieve targeted sales goals
  • Develop clear, specific, action-oriented account plans to develop large accounts
  • Implement  the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan
  • Performs market research and analysis
  • Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the organization
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
  • Assists in planning of any event that highlights corporate services
  • Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain client feedback
  • Develops and maintains marketing/sales budget
  • Travel to customer sites and conferences
