- Strategizing efforts & galvanizing sales plans to ensure maximum output through sales channels
- Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for all the branches in the region
- Achievement of set business targets of various channels
- Recruit staff to help sales teams to do the same
- Planning & executing promotional and lead generation activities
- Guide and monitor the sales team to achieve the business targets
- Competition tracking and analysis for building competitive edge
- Closely review & take corrective actions for meeting targets
- Providing leadership and setting benchmarks in customer service standards
- Motivating the team and developing their full potential
- Acquiring, appointing and activating Business Partners /Associate/Members
- Driving sales volume across the city and surrounding locations (position under reporting)
- Maintaining coordial relationships with Partners
- Coordial relationships with various department of exchange
