We are CASA DEYRA, home rental Management Company, based in Kathmandu. We welcome valued guests from all around the world for short, mid and long term stays. We are currently managing over 50 accommodations consisting of 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units.

Aesthetically designed inclusive of complete amenities and facilities, we assure that our accommodations will make guest feel “Home away from Home”. Our apartments comprises of well-equipped kitchen/kitchenette, proper water supply, power back-up, laundry service, 24 hour security and housekeeping facilities as per the requirements of our guests.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality OR Management from a reputed College/University
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Real Estate OR Hospitality Industry
  • Experience in managing hotels/resorts will be an added advantage
  • Experience in dealing with people from travel and trade related field

Skills:

  • Very good organizer. Able to get things done from travel / trade related people
  • Active person and able to work in a team
  • Persuasive and good communication skill
  • Able to keep properties in high standard of amenities
  • Proficient in Written/Spoken English
  • Able to work using various apps on smartphone;must be tech savvy

Job Description

  • Marketing and efficient operation of various apartments and houses of the company under the supervision of the Managing Director
  • Keeping all the properties in great condition with all amenities in top working condition
  • Site management
  • Coordinate with communication/marketing team for smooth guest transfers
  • Explore and get deals for new business opportunities
  • Marketing expats’ community for various apartments and houses of the company
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials to the target audience

Note: Two wheeler with a valid license is compulsory
