Reporting to: Managing Director, Nepal & Vision Implementation Management Team
- Identifying business opportunities
- Organize client visits and establish new business
- % of penetration for new markets, contacts, leads-to- sales, audience reach, database development.
- Ability to maintain relationships with clients by providing constant assistance, information, and guidance.
- Liaise with Industry Bodies/ External Events Organizers for knowledge partnership opportunities
- In charge of several internal databases: development, maintenance, and coordination including, sales leads, delegate leads.
- Company’s Award Banquets & Summits – Support the CBUs/ Events Team and handle award promotion deliverables.
- % year-over- year increase in events attendee revenue, award licensing revenue and sponsorship revenue.
- Network and liaise with clients and potential clients for value added activities like interviews and 0briefings.
- Delivery of weekly status report (WSR) and MOPs report and regular achievement analysis every month in the format followed in the region and participate in weekly update calls with the VI team in Pune to ensure transparency in event planning.
- Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position efficiently.
- Cross trained and able to assist and contribute to any functional areas and support of critical Adhoc and time sensitive projects related to marketing, event planning, event management, event operations and logistics
- Able to train and orient new hires to the team
- Ability to work independently while meeting individual and team targets and deadlines
