    Job Level: Senior

    Salary: As per company policy (Negotiable) 

    Reporting to: Manager - General Manager 

    •  Required reports on monthly basis:
    • Sales pipeline sheet
    • Prepare Business Development plan with result tracker along with risk analysis

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying business opportunities and working with private sector Companies
    • Create leads and follow the sales cycle per MOSES Pvt. Ltd.  
    • Manage atleast 10 account relationships
    • Call and meet potential client
    • Account mapping and maintaining a pipeline of atleast 2X (2 times the set target) 
    • Monitor quarterly targets and achievement 
    • 85% of time will be spent on sales and business development 
    • To undergo requisite training and certification 
    • Where required 10% of time to be spent on delivery/execution
    • To liaise with local Nepal research team for requirements
    • Proposal development and upskilling 
    • Meet & exceed targets that are set- measurement based on target achievement
    • Organize client visits and establish new business
    • Ensure account penetration 
    • Support business development and networking at all events – MOSES Pvt. Ltd.  and other relevant industry events
    • To support in delegate acquisition for GIL and other events 
    • Liaise with Industry Bodies/ Non Profit Organizations/ External Events Organizers and technical specialists with guidance from the senior management for business development, and for knowledge partnership opportunities. 
    • Proposal development – for all active opportunities 
    • Company’s Award Banquets & Summits – Support the CBUs/ Events Team and handle award promotion deliverables. 
    • Network and liaise with clients and potential clients for value added activities like interviews and briefings.
    • Delivery of weekly status report (WSR) and MOPs report and regular achievement analysis every week  
    • Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position efficiently
    • Supporting in sponsorship acquisition
    • Cross trained and able to assist and contribute across any functional areas and support of critical ad hoc and time sensitive projects related to marketing, event planning, event management, event operations and logistics
    • Able to train and orient new hires to the team
    • Ability to work independently while meeting individual and team targets and deadlines

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience in Corporate Business Development and managing various projects/clients. 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management degree or related field required or prefer Master in Business Administration. 
    • Ability to communicate and coordinate with government agencies, private sector companies and development partners.
