  • Should have well-developed skills in written and spoken English-(Arabic/Malay & Chinese preferable)

Job Description

  • Maximize deployment of candidates
  • Build and maintain key client relationships, identify business opportunities and maintain extensive knowledge of current market condition
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new clients/ company
  • Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
  • Communicate with the prospective corporate clients and/or individuals to explain the services and convince them to take any of our services
  • Maximize deployment of clients, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new client/company
  • Research and build relationships with new clients/company
