Job Description

  • Collect all required documents from customers and follow-up for requirement fulfillment, if any
  • Conduct daily partner bank branch visits for business support and conversion
  • Maintain daily log of branch visits
  • Conduct work site marketing as and when required
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with partner bank staff (eg: BMs, RMs etc.)
  • Needs to have an outgoing personality who loves to interact with new people
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
  • Should be target oriented
  • Maintain lead data and conduct timely follow ups
  • Maintain proper and timely communication with Bank staff regarding lead/customer follow-ups
  • Report daily to office supervisor on daily activities and planning
  • Achieve assigned sales target on a consistent basis
  • Maintain professional behavior and attire at all times
  • Willing to travel on a daily basis for sales calls and branch visits
  • Support partner branch staff in all aspect of Bank assurance business
