Job Description

The Business Applications Analyst is a highly visible role requiring strong negotiation and communication skills, and a  dedication to finding solutions to business challenges which are thoughtful, elegant and free of unnecessary complexities. 

  • Work with the UK functional consultants and clients to gather, understand, and define business  requirements. 
  • Work with the program/project managers, functional consultants and CoE Leads in providing clarity of  requirements and how it relates to the business objectives. 
  • Develop user stories, and to-be process flows to support the design and development of process and  systems solutions for the clients. 
  • Suggest quality attributes, test cases, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional  requirements. 
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements. Will be  the primary point of contact between the Functional Consultant and Development team. 
  • Use experience to provide added value and expertise in the client environment 
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process.
