• Collaborate with the Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers and other stakeholders 
  
• Meet with business leadership (Product Manager and Product Owner) to clarify business requirements
  
• Identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals
  
• Ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and key stakeholders expectations
  
• Document existing business processes and proposes innovative improvements
  
• Develops a clear definition and acceptance criteria for each of the features to ensure the business requirements will be met
  
• Conduct user acceptance tests
  
• Acquire and apply mortgage industry knowledge to influence product design decisions
  
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders
