Liaison between Company Clients and Development Team to translate Clients requirements into technically feasible and optimal solutions that meets requirements of both parties. Translate client requirements into functional requirements and use cases and identify acceptance criteria. Proactively identify risks and issues in the project and take ownership in mitigating them.

Job Description

Able to understand core business requirements, identify and analyze related business processes and workflows
Formulate functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to meet business requirements
Team up with development team to communicate requirements and partner with them in developing optimal solutions for client
Maintain project related documents like Reports, Presentations and wire frames
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re engineering
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
Strong business/client engagement skills
Competent in MS Office and MS Vision
Proactive, solution-oriented mind-set, be able to take initiative
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Travel as and when needed (Within Kathmandu Valley) for meetings with key stakeholders of the project
