Job Description

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement
  • Analyze the sales report of all portfolio of services including daily business operations.
  • Competitor Analysis:  Evaluate the competition from all angles, collecting data about their products, marketing strategies, employees, leadership teams, and customers to put together a complete picture of a business’s competitors.
  • International Benchmarking wrt technology, pricing, and any other features  that are relevant for our portfolio of services and reporting of the same in a concise manner
  • Analyze and evaluate co-branding opportunities. 
  • Gathering critical information and producing useful reports from meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Gather information from social media updates, competitor websites, customer surveys, patent databases, and other sources.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to the supervisor
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and reports as well as Interdepartmental liaisoning
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
