Job Description

The role of the Buddy Counselor (Tele-Counselor) is to assist the counselor in day-to-day operations. Buddies are also the first point of contact for the students.

Main Duties

Achieve daily target of number of calls placed, with minimum 50% in the “spoken to” category
Be the first point of contact for the students
Generate minimum 2 new walk-ins per day + 2 old walk-ins (students who have walked in but not applied)
Achieve individual revenue targets for the month
Generate revenues from sale of PTE vouchers and books
Generate revenues through mock tests
Maximize appointments on application days as well as general university visits
Attend all trainings
Keep a close tab on the progress of applicants and ensure timely reporting of all applicant issues
Work in close coordination with the counsellor to ensure deposit targets for the cohort are met
Work in close coordination with the counsellor to ensure weekly applicant targets are met
Maintain diary for “To Do’s” and ensure timely closure of the same
