Job Description

  • Leads all promotional activities including but not limited to ATL, BTL & TTL
  • Identifies the right promotional activations for the specified brands given the market trend and norms
  • Is aware of the prevailing marketing laws in the liquor industry 
  • Buildsandmaintainsclientrelations.
  • Appliesexistingtrendingapplicationsandstrivesondeveloping‘out-of-the‐box’creativeideasin branding and marketing.
  • Effectivelystudiescompetitiveproductsandreactionsfromaccountstodevelopsound and effectivemarketingstrategy.
  • AccomplishesmarketingandCompanymissionbycompletingrelatedresultsasneeded.
  • Reportsallnecessaryactivitiesinaclear,detailedandthoroughformat to the Senior Leadership Team of the Company.
  • Applies prior marketing experience in making a realistic marketing plan (short, mid and long term) within the specific budget and and brand guidelines.
  • Analyzes brand positioning in the market and develops strategy accordingly
  • Takes brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to compete and grow in the market
  • Translates brand strategies into execution plans and through team work, effectively executes the plan
  • Works effectively with all stakeholders in the marketing department (i.e. agencies, team, consumers, trade, etc.)
  • Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and promotions and assesses success and improvement points
  • Coaches and trains the team in brand and product knowledge to drive higher sales and more effective promotions
  • Monitors market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to be up-to-date with promotional tools and trends
  • Brainstorms new and innovative growth strategies
  • All other responsibilities of a Brand/Trade Marketing Manager not mentioned in the above

Minimum Experience:

  • At Least 5 years of progressive experience in reputed FMCG Company (preferably Liquor Company)

  • Must be patient to sustain pressure and be result oriented.
  • Proven working experience as Brand/Trade Marketing Manager
  • Excellent understanding in the field of marketing
  • Highly creative with ability to think innovatively
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
