Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to oversee and coordinate our marketing efforts on both Digital and Offline Platforms. The ideal candidate needs to have expertise in Brand management through the channels of ATL, BTL, and Digital. Additionally, our expectation of the ideal candidate must possess a strong background in all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Additionally, the candidate must be an excellent communicator and coordinator and must have a proven track record of team management. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills will be an important arsenal to lead a team of young and creative subordinates.

The candidate will be also responsible for Budgeting, assessment, execution, and reporting of the marketing initiatives led by the team and will be a key member for the growth and strategic placement of Khalti’s brand in the market.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and coordinating with the design team to ensure the smooth functioning of the entire digital marketing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Coordinate with the various teams ( both internal and vendor) to ensure that all marketing assets are developed as per brand guidelines, and community guidelines and at the same time stand out in the industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners and vendors.
  • Provide guidance and support to the design team to ensure that all digital marketing assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
