• Daily Cash/Petty Cash/Cheque/Sales Report
• Daily Parts Sales Reconciliation in day end ( Sales Ledger Vs. Cash/Cheque/Credit Approval)
• Check, Verify and Entry of Branch Expenses after Authentication from Branch In-Charge & Parts Co-ordinator
• Check and follow up with Parts Co-ordinator for timely entry of Parts Receipts/Issue. If not report to HO

Petty Cash Management and Cash and Cheque Collection Management

• Weekly Courier of All Vouchers/Advices to HO Accounts
• Cash Collection and Timely Deposit to Bank
• Cheque collection (Machine & Parts), entry and safe custody of Cheques
• Petty Cash Management

Physical Verification

• Daily Physical verification of - 2 Items and Report to HO
  
• Weekly Physical Verification of - 10 Items & Report to HO

VAT Register Maintenance

• Daily Updating of VAT Register

Verification Related Works

• Collect & Check TADA as per the Company Policy & ODD Report. And send it to HO. No TADA to be entertained after 1 Month from the date of previous month end
• Checking of Monthly Staff Telephone/Fuel/Maintenance as per the Policy and Terms of Appointment and send it to HO
  
• Monitoring of Daily Branch Activities from Financial Control Point of View and report in case of deviation
• To verify the Pending Sales Order and follow up with Parts Co- Ordinator why they are pending for billing. If not done timely report to HO
