Job Description

The Branch Manager plays a very important role in smooth functioning. This is because if the Branch runs properly, the entire company will work correctly, it is like a chain, every link is equally important. The Branch Manager plays various roles, he has to manage various tasks, meet the customers, manage and mentor the employees and also see to it that the Branch remains profitable.

Role:

  • Leading and delegating the jobs and responsibilities to staff for smooth working and high profitability
  • The role involves day to day working of branch and overall branch administration
  • To conducting staff meetings for business maximization and staff motivation
  • Generate various branch reports and returns for ensuring compliance and monitoring in Suspense as per company’s rules and guidelines
  • Analyzing the business potential of an area for the allocation of competitive and achievable targets to the respective products.
  • Periodic review of branch progress for achievements of branch and other targets
  • Managing and executing a branch office smoothly  
  • Supervising FOS (Feet on Street) and evaluating their performance
  • Increasing POS (point of sales) and RC retailers
  • Managing branding (POSM )
  • To analyses stock and cash report
  • To understand the trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
  • To create and able to produce innovative and original ideas

Accountabilities & Attainments:

  • Setting up targets and goals for the team
  • Managing overall functioning of the branch from Compliance and Audit point of view
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring proper functioning of the branch in all respects
  • Supervision day to day functions of the branch
  • Focus & work towards target
  • Help customers to resolve any issue & address customer grievance
