Job Description

Direct all operational aspect including sales & marketing distribution operations, customer service, human resource, administration, and sales.
Support retail/corporate clients.
Maintain uptime of assigned PoPs.
Proper handling of Customer Grievances.
Formulating Marketing and Sales Strategies.
Monitoring competitor activities within Branch.
Overall techno-marketing of ISP related services.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly report to District Manager.
Assist/support daily administrative/ financial tasks.
Marketing/install new Client End Device.
Manage overall branch activities.
Monitoring & Supervision of branch personnel.
Perform duties as per assigned.
