Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proper monitoring of quality, time and cost of the project
Proficient in MS Project
Sound knowledge and experience of Contract administration
Construction materials sourcing and management
Experience in construction project management in high way & other civil construction projects
Proficient in MS office, internet, email and Auto CAD
Proficient in survey and design of Road Projects
Project scheduling and its monitoring
Proper monitoring of quality, time and cost of the project

Prepare IPC Bill and help in correspondence
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
Preparation off all the required Corresponding documents
Develop and implement quality control programs
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site
Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
