Job Description

Drive sales of various products as per the sales strategy of the company to the assigned region
Strengthen more Bancassurance network through various financial institution as alternative distribution channel
Provide both sales and operational support to Banks' sales team through innovative way to make sales to the customers of Bank to meet sales targets
Sign up new institutions as corporate agents, provide training and monitor their sales performance
Regularly follow up and meet up with banking partners and gather feedback and identify follow up training sessions where required
Collect data and prepare reports on a regular basis
Coordinate and deal with Bank Branch Managers
