Reporting to: Sr Management

• Manages the team of support staff, performing various business support functions
• Ensure & responsible to run & control complete risk & surveillance desk of exchange, settlement, fund allocation and other business support functions
• Ensure adequate risk management, surveillance, fund management & adherence to the rules & regulations set by exchange
• Will be responsible for setting up various risk management tools and assistance techniques
• Setting up the process for various functionalities as per job
• Create & control risk Approval matrix for the exchange (Broker & client level)
• Responsible for creation & dissemination of crisp & clear MIS system for Sr Management
• Creation of Timely reporting intervals and formats of reports to Sr Management
• Ensure compliance controls w.r.t to brokers/members/partners/customer under various regulatory authorities
• Will control Member/client support functionality
