Role Overview 

We’re looking for a passionate Wholesale Sales Manager who understands and appreciates handmade craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has experience selling on Etsy and other wholesale platforms, managing international customers, and ensuring smooth coordination with the product team. This role demands someone who can effectively communicate our vision, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. 

Key Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of experience in wholesale sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in handmade or craft industries. 
  • Hands-on experience with Etsy, Faire, and other wholesale platforms. 
  • Strong ability to convince, engage, and close sales. 
  • Strong Negotiation skills. 
  • Passion for handmade and artisanal products. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken). 
  • Ability to manage multiple international accounts and work with production teams. 
  • Knowledge of export processes, pricing, and logistics is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed wholesale revenue targets. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new wholesale buyers, both domestically and internationally. 
  • Manage and optimize Né Nepal's presence on Etsy Wholesale, Faire, and other relevant B2B platforms, including listing products, managing inventory, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to increase wholesale sales volume and profitability. 
  • Collaborate with the product team on new product development and ensure alignment with wholesale market demands. 
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth export processes. 
  • Manage product returns and resolve customer complaints efficiently. 
  • Represent Né Nepal at relevant trade shows and industry events.
