Role Description:

As a B2B Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with key business partners, including educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring Hub International Education expands its network and strengthens its market presence.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about the education sector and building strong B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B strategy to establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partner institutions and organizations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business strategies and optimize partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
  • Ensure excellent relationship management by providing support and resolving any issues related to partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage business inquiries, and maintain accurate partnership records.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and other relevant systems for managing partnerships and business development activities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential software.
