  • Must have completed Bachelor's degree
  • Good knowledge of book keeping, cash management, collection, financial control, tax accounting
  • Good skill to operate computer, MS Excel, MS Word
  • Must have good command over written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of taxation and Govt. tax rules of the country
  • Should be flexible & ability to handle pressure
  • Should be result oriented

Job Description

  • Entry of VAT amount as required in the VAT Register and maintain it upto date and keep it in safe custody
  • Timely deposit of the premium amount in the Bank Account of the company
  • Maintain VAT Register as required by the company manually as well in software
  • Maintain and Operate the Incoming and out-going documents register
  • Collect the documents relating to claims and forward to the Head office for further processing
  • Prepare and furnishing of Monthly Collection Report to the Head Office-Accounts Department within 7 days of the close of each calendar month
  • Maintain Petty Cash Fund appropriately
  • Obtain Bank Statements on monthly basis for updating the Monthly collection statement and forward the same in the stipulated deadline to the head office
