Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have completed Bachelor's degree/ higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
  
• Should have gained advanced training in food and beverage management
  
• Having 5 years of related experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Specifications:

• Alcohol awareness and/or food service permit or valid health/ food handler, as required by local law
• Leadership/ managerial qualities
• Young and dynamic, self-driven and energetic
