  • Recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Assist in performance management and improvement tracking systems
  • Employee induction, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping
  • Assisting with employee relations
  • Company employee communication
  • KPI administration and recordkeeping
  • Drafting job description and maintain according to the Organisation Structure and positions
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
  • Manage and Monitoring the staff attendance, leaves and prepare attendance/ leave reports
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Administration department.
