• Select appropriate and  optimum number of team members for the Division (if needed more than the current number of manpower in the department)
• Structuralize and assign responsibilities creating appropriate hierarchy in the division
• Design, implement and facilitate short- and long-term strategic sales plans, process and budget
• Designing special offers and schemes of selling
• Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with
• printers, sponsors, and other involved parties
• Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department

The candidate should also have managed, administer and direct the sales & marketing effort to generate higher sales & revenue.
