Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. 
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments. 
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster effective communication and collaboration. 
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. 
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to project requirements, standards, and best practices, maintaining high standards of software development. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience as an Associate Project Manager, leading software development or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills related to coding, and design with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
