  • Two wheeler driving license (preferable)

Job Description

  • Preparation of legal documents, corporate filings and registrations, licensing and approvals
  • Drafting corporate letters/contracts/agreements
  • Representing the company in legal matters
  • Liaison with government organizations
  • Review & analyze office documents
  • Assist Supervisor in legal operations
