Job Description

Reporting to: HR Manager
Supervising: HR Team
Department: Human Resource Department

Role Purpose: 

Leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. Supporting the implementing daily activities for smooth operation of the business overlooking various aspects from HR perspective. Work on the implementation of strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within their business or company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing their demands, grievances or other issues
  • Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth.
  • Understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conduct market research and propose competitive base for the compensation and benefits.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Collaborate with other Managers/Team Leads to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.
  • Ensure a motivational environment in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.
  • Ensure all employee benefit programs are aligned with the Top Management strategies and vision.
  • Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
  • Constantly looking for ways to increase productivity of the team, always work towards the productivity by eliminating unproductive working hours and human resources.
  • Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records.
  • Regular supervision and monitoring, motivate team members to increase efficiency and create suitable working environment in a team.

Team Management:

  • Ensure monitoring and supervision of the staffs for team growth in the long-run.
  • Ensure proper performance review, evaluation and feedback as per the work initiated or target achieved on quarterly, semi-quarterly or annually.
  • Follow of proper succession plan for team development and career progression of the department.
  • Plan various learning and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills of team members as well as provide guidance, training, mentorship and/or instruction. 
  • Motivate teams for boosting their self-esteem to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Develop team meetings, interaction sessions and planning for overall efficiency of the department.
  • Create a suitable working environment.

Reporting:

  • Regular coordination and timely reporting authority of all the activities of Department to HR Manager or concerned authorities about overall operation 
  • Prepare reports of all the tasks performed (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and submit them to the Manager when required.
  • Collect reports and work logs for team members (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and submit them to the Manager when required.
