A Law Firm practising in the field of the Intellectual Property is seeking for an Advocates/s who will be responsible to:

Draft, file and prosecute the necessary applications/legal documents/ cases with the Department of Industry (DOI), Company Register Office (CRO) / Customs Office/ Courts and other related authorities.
Able to handle entire IP portfolio.
Coordinate and communicate with the client.
Undertake legal research/ Investigation/ translation
Excellent communications skills in Nepali and English both written and spoken.
