  • Must have knowledge of TALLY accounting software
  • Must have good understanding of accounting principles
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Must have strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Preparation of monthly VAT Sales Report
  • Ensuring all service centers are complying with the financial and procurement policy and reporting any variances to supervisor
  • Reconciliation of revenue from fund transfer of service centers and ensuring deposit of cash in time
  • Training and supervision of accounts assistants of service centers
  • Entry of service center petty cash expenses as per SOP
  • Entry of service center sales of parts, CPE and recharge cards and receipts
