  • Professional Skill Required: Interpersonal, Communication, Organizational, Customer Service, Account Management

Job Details: Assistant Trainee is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Economics/or Accounting from a recognized university

Candidates are expected to have

  • Good Computer Skills including office applications.
  • Should have the ability to execute assigned task independently;
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge 

 Key Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Learn and perform duties in departments such as Finance and General Administration, 
  • Accounting in General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable
  • Perform Bank Operation, Accounting and Reporting related to settlement transactions
  • Petty Cash Management
  • TDS payment and filing
  • Store & Office Supplies management
  • Maintaining Fixed Assets Register
  • Supporting Procurement processes 
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Other duties as instructed by the supervisor
