Job Description


An Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding the target sales and revenue. He/she has to focus on designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. He/she is also responsible to support and provide regular feedback to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

  • Identify target market and develop strategies to achieve personal sales target
  • Execute and monitor relevant promotions to achieve business objectives and revenue
  • Ensure the brand gets communicated the right way across all Client’s touch points consistently
  • Demonstrate and sell organizations products and packages to the Clients
  • Maintain good professional relationship with high end Clients and design retention strategies with regular Clients
  • Set up meeting with potential Clients and make them clear about our product extension, offers etc
  • Motivate associates to optimize sales performance
