Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales & marketing experience in Lubricants or Automotive or Liquor or FMCG
  • Should have excellent communication skill and should be commercial and business aware
  • Should have outgoing and persuasive personality and ability to deal with people who hold different beliefs or values
  • Should be confident, patience and self-motivated 
  • Should have strong networking skill, basic computer knowledge i.e.MS office

Note: Deserving candidate will receive attractive salary and benefits package monthly

Job Description

  • Develop strategic sales objectives, plans & programs and network
  • Work hard to meet sales targets periodically
  • Align sales territories & assign targets to distributor/wholesaler/retailer, monitor & evaluate sales performance of outlets
  • Must have the ability to work well under stress and ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Report performance of all sales & marketing indicators timely
