It has currently developed 4.4 MW Radhi Small Hydropower Project in Lamjung district and owns the project license. The project is located in Marsyangdi Gaupalika 05, Ghermu. Its registered office is located at Kathmandu -11, Bluestar Complex, Tripureshor.

  • Ability to provide and manage Registrar Services related work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to use Central Depository System and Ms Office Package
  • Knowledge about Nepalese share trading

  • Record keeping and share transfer 
  • Regulatory reporting to Nepal Stock Exchange, Securities Board of Nepal
  • Independently & efficiently manage entire share related work
  • Reconciliation of software with the books of accounts
  • Maintenance & enhancement of professional relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of dividend reconciliation
