We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and a diligent individual who is interested in working with our team at Clean up Nepal to genuinely create a positive change in communities where we work. If you are a dynamic individual who cares about environmental and health issues and has a knack for engaging and working with municipalities, ward offices, private and community based organisations, we are interested in speaking with you.
The Assistant Programme Officer will be responsible for managing the Nepal Waste Map project that involves mapping solid waste management systems, training and coordinating with the staff of metropolitan city, municipality, ward offices, and private waste collection companies. Clean up Nepal is looking for an individual who could endure some serious work pressure when facilitating and coordinating - training, mapping, data collection and data analysis. You will also actively promote the use and share of Nepal Waste Map (an open-data website and mobile application) among the local government, private and civil society actors.
