Job Description

Customers satisfaction will be your ultimate goal in this role. As a customer service representative (CSR), you will be on the front line serving the customers. You'll be the technical resource and point person interacting with customers, vendors, and internal technique team, to identify and resolve the issues. So, you will be responsible for converting customers into loyal and satisfied customers.  

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to queries about the product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
