Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking for dynamic and driven personality with a strong background in customer service, market research, social media management, loyalty campaigns, and content creation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving customer engagement, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.

Total Compensation: 60K Gross monthly
Reports To: Head of Marketing
Tenure: 2 years (Renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

  • 2 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry
  • Excellent documentation skills to strengthen institutional knowledge
  • Prior Experience in customer service will be preferred

Areas of Responsibility

1. Customer Service Integration:

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to understand customer needs and feedback.
  • Integrate customer insights into marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase QFX Cinema’s brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, create content, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.

4. Loyalty Campaigns:

  • Design and implement loyalty programs to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

5. Content Creation:

  • Generate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels including blogs, social media, newsletters, and website.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.

6. Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behavior.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in market research, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience in designing and managing loyalty programs is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
