Job Description

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to select competent candidates at the factory
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance appraisal of the entire employees of the factory and submit the report within given deadlines
  • Ensure the improvement of organization culture and inter departmental coordination 
  • Prepare training plan and conduct trainings as per the plan to ensure continuous learning and development of the employees
  • Maintain and manage the individual file of all the employees
