Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Coordination with branch office for various administrative activities
  • Liaise with government agencies/ officials
  • Ensure all permissions, requirements, renewal of legal and official documents and maintained record of such documents
  • Facilitate auction process and generating a report for the same
  • Maintain the Internal Audit Reports and ensure issues are closed in timely manner.
  • Represent company in specific events, incidents, accidents and the like
