  • Ability to demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills to relate, communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of people and cultures, representing technical experts (national/international), end-clientele, business collaborators and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand issues negotiates, resolve issues/conflicts and arrive at agreeable solutions.
  • Ability to effectively assess priorities; work on deadlines & budgets.
  • Thorough knowledge about Nepal’s Income Tax act, VAT act and other relevant laws 
  • Good knowledge of accounting software Tally and SAP
  • Ability to Excellent verbal and written communications skills- English, Nepali & Hindi
  • Knowledge of setting up an industry operation, managing & coordinating with different functional units.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of delegating tasks/ responsibilities and monitoring progress against set/agreed targets is essential.

Qualification: 

  • CA/ACCA or MBA degree specialized in Finance.

Experience:

  • Should have progressive experience in a financial planning and management.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in brewery industry or FMCG is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading an organization and monitoring plan/performance progress


Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage financial budgets 
  • Monthly monitoring of budgets with the actual & suggesting corrective actions
  • Implement solutions to continuously control overhead costs 
  • Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely payments and filing of tax return in compliance with statutory tax acts
  • Preparation of Balance sheet, Fixed Assets Accounting, Tax Compliances
  • Review of Receivables, Payable, Debtors, Creditors, Prepaid, Provision, TDS, LC Margin, Cash and bank        Balance, and other long outstanding ledgers to be reconciled, documents to be collected and Internal Memo to be raised for approval for adjustment in Books
  • Liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations
  • Mobilize funds for the company including negotiations with financial institutions.
  • Lead, supervise, appraise and coach/mentor subordinates for enhanced performance.
Plan long term & short term financial requirements and raising the requisite finances:

  • Monitor Cash Flows
  • Monitor Debtors and recoveries
  • Timely payment of creditors
  • Working capital management
  • Withdrawals
