Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business Management/Economics/Rural Development/ Sociology
• At least 1 years of experience in Micro Banking Sector
  

Other Specification:

• Should have good knack on specialized banking job with strong leadership and communication skills and expected to be well versed with regulatory frameworks and industry practices
  
• In case of sales functions, candidates should have proven track on business solicitation and expected to be target driven
