  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employee
  • Maintain proper filing system and documentation of overall activities of day to day HR functions
  • Develop and implement the performance management system
  • Resolving employee grievances, complains and taking strict action according to labor policy of Nepal
  • Preparing compensation and benefit plans and monthly payroll 
  • Routine tasks related to Human Resource
